How to add an integration
- Go to Smart Connect from the sidebar.
- Click the + Add Integration button.
- Choose the integration type (Viz Flowics, OBS, vMix, Singular.live, or HTTP).
- Fill in the configuration:
- Name — A descriptive name (e.g., "Studio OBS", "Viz Flowics Production").
- Credentials — API key, token, or connection details depending on the type.
- Connection type — Direct or Middleware.
- Middleware — If using middleware, select which Smart Panel Middleware instance to route through.
- Click Save.

Testing your integration
After saving, use the Test button on the integration card to verify the connection works. A green status badge means everything is connected.
Security
All API keys and tokens are encrypted at rest. The plain text is never stored in the database — only a masked version (e.g., sk-...xxxx) is visible in the UI.
