How to create a show

1. Go to Rundown from the main sidebar.
2. Click the New Show button in the top-right corner.
3. Enter a show name (e.g., "Evening News — Feb 10").
4. Optionally add a description or scheduled date.
5. Click Create.

Your show starts in Draft status. You can now add segments, stories, and elements to build your rundown.

Show settings

After creating a show, click the settings icon to access:

• Name and description — Edit at any time while in Draft or Ready status.
• Schedule — Set a specific date/time for the show to go live, or configure a recurring schedule.
• Loop mode — When enabled, the rundown restarts from the beginning after the last element finishes.

Tips

• Use clear, dated names so you can find shows later (e.g., "Sports Recap — Mon Week 6").
