Creating a new Show in Smart Panel takes just a few steps.

Create your Show

Step Action Details
1 Go to Shows Click Shows in the left sidebar
2 Click + Create New Show Top-right corner of the Shows page
3 Name your Show Use a descriptive name (e.g., "Evening News", "League Match: Team A vs B")
4 Open your Show Click on it to enter the Show Dashboard

Inside your Show Dashboard

Once inside, you'll see the sections ready to build:

🎮 Control Panels Click • New Panel Smart Control Builder — create button panels
📋 Rundowns Click • New Rundown Smart Rundown — plan your broadcast with segments and elements

Recommended workflow

  1. Set up your integrations — Connect OBS, vMix, Viz Flowics, or other tools via Smart Connect
  2. Build control panels — Set up buttons to trigger your graphics
  3. Plan your rundown — Organize segments and elements with timing
  4. Activate the Show when ready for production

Tips: Only active Shows count toward your quota — keep unused Shows inactive. You can duplicate a Show to reuse its structure for recurring productions. Each Show is isolated — rundowns and control panels belong to that Show only.
