Duplicating a rundown creates a complete copy of its structure — segments, stories and elements — so you can reuse a layout that already works.

How to duplicate

1. Go to the Rundown list.
2. Find the rundown you want to copy.
3. Open the ⋮ menu on its row.
4. Select Duplicate.

A new rundown appears in Draft, named after the original.

You can also duplicate a single segment, story or element from its own ⋮ menu inside the rundown.

What gets copied

• Every segment — Segments, Breaks and Setup — in order
• Every story with its slug, script and notes
• Every element with its integration, target, start mode, duration and field configuration
• Clips and field changes

What does NOT get copied

• The status — a duplicate always starts in Draft
• Execution logs from the original
• Scheduled times and recurring schedules

Duplicating vs. Reset

• Duplicate gives you a second rundown. Use it when you want to keep the original's logs and run a new edition.
• Reset puts the same rundown back to Draft with everything marked as not aired. Use it to run the same rundown again.
