When you create a new graphic, Smart Graphics asks how you want to begin. You get two paths from the New Graphic dialog.

Pick from Library

Start from a professional template package. Every graphic in the package is duplicated into your company — a full, independent copy that you can edit freely without affecting the original.

1. Click New Graphic.
2. Choose Pick from Library.
3. Browse the available template packages and select one.
4. The package and all its graphics are copied into your company, ready to edit.

Start from Scratch

Create a new empty graphic. You set the name and resolution.

1. Click New Graphic → Start from Scratch.
2. Enter a Name (e.g., "Lower Third – Host").
3. Pick a Resolution (default Full HD 1920×1080).
4. Click Create and edit — the editor opens with an empty canvas.

Tip: If you hit a "quota exceeded" message, your team has reached its limit of active graphics. Deactivate or delete an unused package, or contact your admin to raise the quota.
