When someone invites you to a SmartPanel workspace, you'll receive an email with an invitation link.

Steps

  1. Open the email from SmartPanel and click Accept Invitation
  2. New user? → You'll be taken to a signup page — enter your name, email, and password
  3. Existing user? → Sign in with your current credentials
  4. After signing in, the workspace appears in your sidebar

What happens after accepting?

You'll be assigned a role by the person who invited you:

Role What you can do
👁️ Viewer See graphics, rundowns, and control panels
🎮 Operator Use the control client during live shows
🎬 Producer Create and edit shows and rundowns
✏️ Editor Create and edit graphics, integrations, and control panels
👑 Owner Full access to everything, including settings and billing
